🎒 Warranty Coverage – Backpacks, Travel Bags & Accessories

All HOEXL products come with a 1.5-year warranty from the date of purchase, broken down as follows:

  • 1 Year Complimentary Warranty

  • Additional 6 Months Free Warranty upon product registration within 30 days of purchase

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and ensures that your product performs as expected under normal usage conditions.

✅ What Is Covered

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in zippers, stitching, fabric, or hardware components.

  • Faults in buckles, straps, or handles due to production defects.

  • Issues with USB charging ports (if applicable) at the time of delivery.

Problems related to the logo plate attachment or internal compartments caused by material or workmanship defects.

🚫 What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, overloading, improper handling, or wear and tear from regular use.

  • Tears, stains, fading, or discoloration caused by environmental exposure or rough usage.

  • Damage from accidents, fire, water, or chemicals.

  • Unauthorised repairs or alterations carried out by third parties.

  • Issues arising after the warranty period has expired.

Note: Cosmetic changes or minor variations in material appearance over time are considered normal and not manufacturing defects.

🔧 Repairs and Replacements

If your product requires repair or replacement:

  • Contact our support team at ssrnenterprises@gmail.com or call +91 93429 51941 with your Order ID and a brief description of the issue.

  • If the product is repairable, we will guide you through sending it to our service center.

  • Courier charges for sending the product to us will be borne by the customer.

    • HOEXL will cover the repair and return courier charges.

  • If the product is not repairable, we will provide a replacement of the same or an equivalent model.

📜 Warranty Terms & Conditions

To claim warranty:

Retain your proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

  1. Retain your proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
  2. Register your product within 30 days of purchase to avail the extended warranty.
  3. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects — not to damage caused by misuse or external factors.
  4. In cases where a product model is discontinued, HOEXL may offer a similar replacement or an upgrade option at a nominal cost.

  • The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.

  • Always handle your HOEXL product with care to extend its life and performance.

For products damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
