All HOEXL products come with a 1.5-year warranty from the date of purchase, broken down as follows:
- 1 Year Complimentary Warranty
- Additional 6 Months Free Warranty upon product registration within 30 days of purchase
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and ensures that your product performs as expected under normal usage conditions.
✅ What Is Covered
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in zippers, stitching, fabric, or hardware components.
- Faults in buckles, straps, or handles due to production defects.
- Issues with USB charging ports (if applicable) at the time of delivery.
Problems related to the logo plate attachment or internal compartments caused by material or workmanship defects.
🚫 What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, overloading, improper handling, or wear and tear from regular use.
- Tears, stains, fading, or discoloration caused by environmental exposure or rough usage.
- Damage from accidents, fire, water, or chemicals.
- Unauthorised repairs or alterations carried out by third parties.
- Issues arising after the warranty period has expired.
Note: Cosmetic changes or minor variations in material appearance over time are considered normal and not manufacturing defects.
🔧 Repairs and Replacements
If your product requires repair or replacement:

- If the product is repairable, we will guide you through sending it to our service center.
- Courier charges for sending the product to us will be borne by the customer.
- HOEXL will cover the repair and return courier charges.

To claim warranty:
